How to use a gift voucher?

In-store booking : present your gift voucher and its unique code to book your sea trip.
⚠️ Important conditions:
If the beneficiary does not show up on the day of the outing, the gift voucher is lost, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be reissued, exchanged or refunded.
If an outing booked with a gift voucher is cancelled by AMC Cape Grace (particularly due to weather conditions or operational reasons), the customer can choose between: postponing their outing to a later date, within the validity period of the voucher or exceptionally extending the validity period of the gift voucher, upon request.

At AMC Cape Grace, cancellation conditions vary depending on whether or not you have purchased the "cancellation insurance" option when making your reservation.
Without “cancellation insurance” option:
Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.
In the event of cancellation of the outing by AMC Cape Grace (adverse weather conditions, technical problem, insufficient attendance, etc.), you will have the choice between:
Postpone your outing to a later date, subject to availability and within the current season
Get a full refund on your ticket
You can postpone your cruise to a later date in the current season, subject to availability. To do this, inform us at least 72 hours before the initial date of your departure. No postponement will be possible after this deadline.
With “cancellation insurance” option:
This option, offered when booking online, is billed at 9% of the total amount including tax .
It allows you to cancel your reservation up until the day of your sea trip.
In case of cancellation:
You will be reimbursed up to 70% without proof
You will be reimbursed 100% with valid proof
Important :
In case of no-show for boarding or delay, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Meetch cancellation insurance is an option offered when booking online, which allows you to cancel your sea trip and obtain a refund under the following conditions:
Without Meetch cancellation insurance:
Tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation on your part, no refund will be made, whatever the reason.
In the event of cancellation by AMC Cape Grace (unfavorable weather, technical problem, insufficient attendance), you will be able to choose between a postponement of the date or a full refund.
You can postpone your cruise to the current season, subject to availability, provided you request this at least 72 hours before the initial date.
No modification or postponement is possible less than 72 hours before boarding.
In case of delay or no-show, no refund or postponement will be granted.
With Meetch cancellation insurance:
This option is offered when booking online at a rate of 9% of the total amount including tax.
Cancellation possible up to the day of the sea trip.
Refund within 48 hours:
70% of the amount without proof
100% of the amount with valid proof (illness, accident, professional necessity, etc.)

No, light rain does not prevent navigation. However, in case of bad weather (strong swell, strong winds, thunderstorms) , we will postpone or cancel the excursion with a possible refund.
No, no refund will be made if you arrive late and miss the boat departure, for whatever reason.
📌 The deadline for presentation for boarding is set at 10 minutes before the ship's departure time. Any passenger, even with a ticket, who presents himself outside this deadline will not be able to be reimbursed. In the event of a delay, your ticket cannot be postponed to another date.

Change in the number of participants:
Add passengers : possible, subject to availability.
Reduce the number of passengers : the difference cannot be refunded unless you have taken out Meetch cancellation insurance .
Change of excursion type:
